From MfG#65 series. Video taken from audience mixed with alternative audio taken from the IEM (in ear monitor) system. Both excellent quality!
This would be the second official show of the "50th & counting" tour since he had previously played in two theaters in Paris, the first at "Le Trabendo" and the second at "Theater Mogador" before 600 and 1500 spectators respectively. These two shows were the "surprise" as they have been doing since the 1978 tour, just before starting each tour. These two shows in London gave the official kick-off for the tour and then they would fly to the United States to continue the show until the famous concert broadcast by the "pay-per-view" system for the whole world, which was called "One more shot. ". The great surprise of each night of these shows was the presence of Mick Taylor playing some songs and who would continue to accompany them on the 2013 tour. There would also be Bill Wyman in the two London shows, who would later say (due to his past with the band) that he was not satisfied with the low presence (I play only two songs per night).
The albums from which the songs were extracted were the following: Let It Bleed: Gimme Shelter, Live With Me, Midnight Rambler, You Can't Always Get What You Want Aftermath: Lady Jane, Paint It Black Exile on Main St.: Happy, Tumbling Dice GRRR!: Doom and Gloom, One More Shot Out of Our Heads: (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction, The Last Time Through the Past, Darkly (Big Hits Vol. 2): Honky Tonk Women, Jumping Jack Flash Some Girls: Before They Make Me Run, Miss You Beggars Banquet: Sympathy for the Devil December’s Children (and Everybody’s): Get Off of My Cloud It’s Only Rock ’n Roll: It's Only Rock 'n' Roll (but I Like It) Sticky Fingers: Brown Sugar Tattoo You: Start me up Cover: Champagne & Reefer (Muddy Waters) I Wanna Be Your Man (The Beatles)
